The upgrade inside lends it very user friendly. Staff members are very professional and eager to help when approached. Wifi free to access for personal devices. Two levels, upstairs cater for all students

I use libraries a lot, and the War memorial library in Lower Hutt is large and is equipped with a computers internet access and of course, tables and chairs. Having a lot to offer means that the library is busier than most libraries in the Hutt. This leads to higher amounts of noise in the library. Makes for a livelier library space but this also means that it's more difficult to be far from the maddening crowd.

Lower Hutt War Memorial Library is a very popular place for so many as it has a wide range of books plus computers a theater making it a good well recognized public facility.
