1 week after ordering online and no crutches have arrived yet, no confirmation of order email, tracking number, or any correspondence whatsoever. Had to ring two times before someone finally got back to me, an arrogant so and so who told me you are expected to get your reference number yourself from the website when you order as if it were 10 years ago rather than them emailing which is actually standard business practice, not to mention just common courtesy! Really poor service.
