Asked for a quote for a short notice job. As I was describing the job, the contact Guy laughed down the end of the phone. No worries, if you don't have the ability to do the job, someone else will. If you behave like that, you'll lose business. And that's exactly what happened.
Have now had a number of jobs completed by Nexus and only ever had excellent results. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
