Horizon are normally my first choice in supply recommendations and rarely they are not able to fulfil my clients needs. They have a large range of their own, exclusive, quality concrete products to select from or are always helpful with sourcing clay or natural stone products if required. Just ask and they will find it ! We've been installing pavers in the Wellington region for over 20 years and I have no hestitation in recommending Horizon's pavers as equal to if not the best quality on the market. The Veneto range are the only concrete pavers that I am confident in saying to customers will not deteriorate over time. The manufacturing process is unequalled. They also have a good complimentary range of granite and stone. If you are considering a paving project you would be well advised to look at their range. Any marginal additional cost will be more than compensated for with the quality of the finish.
Very poor customer service, attempted to ring John with the phone number given by an employee of the company but got no response. It took 4 weeks for John to come and see the pavers that arrived chipped with holes from bubbles and was very rude. We had trades people organised to put them down so unfortunately had to put them down. Email with photos were sent but got no response. Obviously doesn't care for small amounts of pavers brought. We were never told that we would have to return the pallet ourselves which they charge 80 for. I would not recommend doing business with this company especially if if small amounts of pavers required.
