Very rude receptionist behind the counter. Never seen something like that before in my whole life. Instead of being rude to customers the receptionist should learn customer service and how to treat their clients. Definitely would not come back here again !!!

I arrived 40mins early for my appointment as I wasn’t sure the location or parking.. Waiting room was full ladies at front desk were nice and welcoming. Was seeing by wonderful and caring specialists. It’s was painful procedures but I was so grateful I actually had an appointment and before Xmas.. So I can relax!! Thank you Pacific Radiology Boulcott Street Lower Hutt..

They will send debt collectors at you without warning!!! When they sent a bill of 50 to the wrong address then they failed to follow up in any other method such as a phone call. 6 months later they send debt collectors your personal info that tell you must settle in 7 days and when trying to contact the accounts department of pacific radiology they say sorry the person dealing with our case is away for the next 11 days so we cant do anything are you happy we have answered your questions? NO! We are not happy! We now have a financial black mark against us because of a 50 bill you failed to send to the right house or even remotely attempt to follow up on. Congrats you can take an x-ray but fail everywhere else.

The X-ray scan was a fabulous experience, unfortunately one of the receptionist ladies were not the friendliest of people, so dropped from a 5 to a 4 ️ Shout out to the Canadian/American lady she was amazing to deal with

Radiograph - Belinda and student Ella, very pleasant, easy to understand as I am deaf. Ella I wish you luck in her chosen career . The ladies on reception are also very nice and friendly. Sylvana, Lydia and Karen. You definitely have an A team working for you. Many thanks

Pacific radiology... What to say? They need new staff in short. Why oh why will you argue with a customer? Even if the customer is NOT right, as a good professional you NEVER argue with a customer. "We HAVE send you a reminder sir" she said. "No I received nothing..." and in today's busy life you rely on these accurate reminders... Did I got an apology? Maybe just a kind word? No, let's ARGUE with the customer and say " Do you think we're lying?...We sent you a reminder!" (!!!) Months ago I had a x-ray scan. The operator never greet me but just gave me directions to "hurry up" (!!!) Not in words but she did told me that: "...others waiting"! PACIFIC RADIOLOGY if you can't handle referrals from hospitals JUST tell them. Not pocket the money and then don't give a s**t about patients. Pityful. Update : seems the reception staff got the memo and all being too kind. We'll see.

Excellent experience having an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. Much better than my previous experience at PR. Upper Hutt. State of the art technology, dimmed lighting, a real blanket and she respected my dignity. The Canadian ultrasound gal was top-notch... Her technique and manner got me through what could have been a very painful pelvic ultrasound. I was dreading the appointment, but felt relief afterwards. It was fine. The front desk ladies seem a bit jaded. The blonde, mature receptionist was frosty, at best. No friendly exchange. Some friendly banter and feedback wouldn't go amiss. Customers want reassurance when they ask a question.
