Probably the best service I've received for anything trade related. The pick up and drop-off service is excellent. Mel does more than service, he literally takes the gun apart and cleans every component before reassembling. My nail gun is working like a brand new tool. Mel was awesome and gave me excellent advice. Would definitely recommend.

The theme that you see in other reviews about Mel are right on the money. I am not in the trade but greatly appreciated Mel taking some time not only to service the gun but give me some advice around how best to operate and maintain it. Service was exceptional and Mel was true to his word. A real craftsman at work when you watch him strip the gun part!!
Mel was absolutely brilliant. I needed to start a job over the weekend laying a timber deck and I needed a soft-tip for the Paslode I was borrowing (and on top of this, I couldn't source the tip from all local hardware stores.) Mel was highly recommend from The Tool Shed on Hutt Road and I tell you, he didn't disappoint. I called Mel on the Friday morning and by midday he had come to my place, swapped the tip over and said 'just let us know when you are done and I will call back up and swap it back over for you' (he did this all the while I was away from the house). My recommendation couldn't come any higher, thanks Mel and I will not only be using you in the future, I'll spread the word on your service. Cheers Corey
Cheers Mel For the nail gun repair Striped it down in front of me was quick work and brought gun back the next day. Working great again now. Has great communication And even offering a one year warranty and a couple free oils. Awesome company well happily recommend and use again.
I called Mel Yesterday afternoon as my Paslode Bradder loading mechanism was jammed not allowing me to load the nails. Mel came round first thing this morning and not only did he fix the issue and replace the faulty part but fully serviced it while he was here and as I was watching he explained every step of the way what he was doing. He is very pleasant and professional and I would recommend him without reservation.
