I was home all day when the courier left a notice in my mail box, no knock on the door or anything. Now its my second notice and surprise surprise, delivered during a working weekday. Its almost impossible to collect items without taking a day off work, which most people wont be able to do. They need to open a half day on Saturday.

I believe the Petone couriers have a habit of laziness when it comes to delivery.. Never before have I dealt with the same re-occurring problems with parcel delivery before. The couriers will often sign “ATL” and take the package to their depot, without notifying the recipient. If the package is not collected within a set timeframe then it will be returned to sender, if not immediately as with my last experience. Will be making an effort to use other providers, when both buying and selling in future.
My parcel was signed and picked up by someone else from this place and they never gave me an explanation of who signed and picked up my parcel. This is unacceptable!
I think it would be easier if the road markings were changed and the angle parking was marked the other way to more easily allow traffic to drive in from Nevis Street to pick up their mail then exit on to the Esplanade, as a lot of the traffic already does this.
Was open at 7.15am on a Monday morning. Parcels there and handed over. Post lady helpfull and friendly for that time of morning. Just wish it opened in the weekend.
Ring this place first! I checked my online tracking and it said my parcel was ready for collection and was then told it was at the depot. Also their hours are unclear. The sign on the door says they open at 6:00am. The collection slip said 7:30am, Google said 8:00am, and the receptionist said 7:00am. Was all a bit of a muck around really.
No issues with company but they have very grumpy and mannerless person on reception. No manners how to deal with customers. Old man must be late 60s
Impossible to collect a parcel if you work full time as they open 8 to 5 on weekdays only...
