Jan 20. Needed a replacement radiator. Described it over the phone to Alan who took a punt on what I had told him and ordered one in. Arrived within a day and then arranged for fitting the next day despite him being very busy. Bang on with the radiator and all good in the eight months since then. Really knows his stuff. Would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Had my radiator in stock. Very easy to deal with and quick to reply to my emails. I would definatley cone here again. Just something about local places that is more appealing than buying online elsewhere.
I wish I could say what the others said here. I had to fix my radiator in a rush. Never had a response to my emails so I called them. Sent my partner there with the radiator, they "fixed" it and once my mechanic was about to put it back in the car he found out that it had been assembled with the entrance hose on the wrong side. They have eventually offered to come and pick it up from Strathmore Park, fix it in Petone and bring it back. I had to leave using the car a few hours later. I can certainly say that at least they have been honest doing all this for free (I had already paid for the full job at the beginning) although I had to spend heaps of time solving someone else's mistake and money on the mechanic. I wish they had had the right way of acting, a simple sorry would have been nice.
