Went in to get my nose pierced - the lady that pierced it for me was so lovely. She even helped me remove a helix piercing that was infected, that I had not got done here (absolutely free of charge). Would definitely come back! :)

We were so impressed by Sarah Jane, who did my six-year old daughter's ear piercing at Pieces of Eight in Petone. She explained everything, made sure my daughter knew what to expect, and even let her sit on my lap for the piercing. She's a real pro who cares about customer experience and safety, and who gets great results. My daughter's piercings are healing perfectly, and she came away from the experience elated and empowered.

i was a recurring customer at this place, and had my nose and labret done in the past. i thought everything was done professionally and healing process was good. however, i have tried twice over the past few months to book to have my jewellery changed, both times without any response. i was left on seen, and was forced to look elsewhere as the healing process for my piercing is well and truly finished, so do not need such long jewellery. this miscommunication is such a hassle - i would have completely understood if they were fully booked, but this is not the case. due to this i will be going into wellington for my piercings, as there are no other viable options in lower hutt.

The women who pierced me, was very friendly, she got the job perfectly done as I requested a nose piercing 2 months ago. I recently got my lip also done by her almost 5 weeks ago, it's perfectly done as well, the healing process has been a nice breeze as well. So far so good, my experience here was awesome, great customer service as well :)
