Cancelled skylight due to length of time to come and do the work were not happy about the sudden large increase in original quoted price. After agreeing to refund our deposit they then deducted half (over 300) telling us it was because they came to quote for the job.There was nowhere in their terms and conditions that said they would keep our deposit if we chose not to go ahead. Very disappointed at such an unfair trading practice and unprofessional conduct!!
