Ashley was just so incredible and patient throughout! A brilliant experience. He came across as a genuine person with great knowledge who was simply there to assist. Not once did we feel the pressure to buy something on the spot, but because he was so helpful we walked out with a brand new max pro! The guy needs a raise!

Store is fine. Although, make sure not to go to Avishil. Went to him to get my plans changed; broadband and two mobiles. He said he would get them changed in two weeks and that was allgood. Left the store, 10 minutes later I had a question - I went back to ask and he was absolutely arrogant, blatantly mocked me. That was crass but I didn’t really care. Although, next DAY, my plan was changed, Spotify was deactivated and data gone. It was so frustrating, I had to get on call with Spark to get it all back which took so long and learnt Avishil put the date as the next day instead of the two weeks he told us. Also, the broadband change was days after he told us it was. The incompetence and arrogance of Avishil was unmeasurable, make sure not to go to Avishil he’s crass. I can’t comprehend how someone’s competence at a customer facing role can be so low.
