Very disappointing branch. I ordered a Subway at 5:15pm to pick up at 5:50pm at Queensgate Subway on 8th of December. I arrived at 5:50pm and the branch was packing up already. I asked for my order and they said they are out of bread. Since I have made an order at 5:15pm, I am assuming they either were out of bread for longer than 45 minutes, or they just forgot my order and used the bread to make somebody else's Subway. Or they could have taken for their own food. They asked if I wanted a Salad instead. I asked for a refund and they provided a refund quite readily, felt like they knew it was their mistake. I don't know why they could not ring me up or text me to inform this and save me a travel. Poor management & disappointing customer service - though remedied by the refund - ultimately had to go elsewhere to get my dinner.

I feel bad giving this review, but the customer service is painfully slow, I even saw customers walk off... and I had a really frustrating experience where staff were a bit rude about it and not helpful at all, really don't recommend visiting this place

Had visited there today we are the usual customer of subway johnsonville where they are really awesome at their job..just because me and my partner went to queensgate mall so we thought to buy subway from there...unfortunately we had really bad experience there..as the lady who served us was really rud...she made a really untidy sub filled up with excess of dressing which was dripping really badly over the hands.. also when my partner asked them to wrap the one half of the footlong seperately as he wanted to eat other half later ,she clearly refused.. where other subways never does that... Never gona come back there, as already had enough bad experience today

I was walking through the mall after my daily visit to the warehouse where I get a bargain. Suddenly, an immensely powerful force pulled my body towards SUBWAY. A man stood at the counter, his muscles barely contained by his uniform, his face a visage of Zeus carved from the marble mountaintop of Olympus. I looked for his name tag, my head was swirling as if this mans aura of pure masculine power had afflicted me like a disease. Finally I calmed myself enough to read the tag, J...j....jasper, I could only whisper a name with such immense power. As if the name was an incantation I was blown across the room my head snapping against a stone support pillar, my spinal cord broken. Yet still some power kept me alive, I stared into the cold dead eyes of the demon I once thought godly and read his lips. "Chicken Nugget Sub" was all he said, and finally I passed away.

Rude staff I asked for sub the day was told we didn't have any I asked what was the alternative there was none so I replied ok I will take my busness elseware the worker turned around to her co worker started slaging me off In Punjab rude and offensive no wonder no one was there

worst subway iwe ever had, lettuce wasnt fresh at all, poor filling...for footlong, ordered small salad and trust me, it was the worst one we ever had...dead lettuce, few pieces of chicken and staff was like they were doing favour to make food for you...i took a photo of salad but here is no option to attach...will never go there...
