Mr. Khan and his colleagues were *fantastic*: efficient, friendly, professional, and generous with time and advice. I'd left my vehicle on the other side of the blocked-off bridge on the sports end of Hutt Park Rd (Google, your map let me down), and was planning on carrying/wheeling the wheel I'd purchased back down there. Mr. Khan gave me a lift down to the intersection and went out of his way to do so. Awesome place, great service.

It can be intimidating being a woman stepping into a mans world in a car auto repair. I was referred by my brother to see Khan and he was very helpful and his team were super kind. Very professional and great customer service, from the moment in walked into reception, to waiting while my car was dealt with and leaving. Thank you so much guys. Would highly recommend.

Honestly this world needs for people like Karn he is so lovely & gave me the respect being a Female & helped me with finding the right parts for me at an amazing price :) when all other members kind of just looked the other way its hard to be a female and seeking help when you are alone people take advantage of us thinking we dont know anything about cars so lets sting her or not help her! But Karn went above and beyond explained everything from start to finish he was very fair on price... my honest words are I dont care if the parts happen to be more expensive then the rest its the service I would pay for & what karn provided was priceless Well done Karn I will not go any where else you are a well trusted man some would think that is your own company the whole time I thought you were the soul owner Thank you for your help. Not sure what this place is like as a repair shop or spare parts provider. But please, please take care when purchasing a used car from these people. We purchased a car from them last year. Before we went to view they were informed that we would like to get it VTNZ tested. After taking it for a test drive we asked about arranging the test, but we were talked out of doing it by Khan as 'it had recently passed its WOF so the test wouldn't show anything new' when I told him that I thought that wasn't quite true, he went on to reassure us that should any problems arise they would take care of them at no extra cost. Reassured by this we decided to purchase the vehicle. A few days later we took it for a '10 point check' at the AA. We were told that the car needed a complete oil change, plus it had a broken brake light. But more worryingly we then found out that the brakes were worn down and needed replaced (we later found out they were the wrong brakes entirely!!!!!) We contacted Khan with the expectation that he would come through with his promises, only to have him go back on his word and even deny that he had made these promises in the first place. We ended up having to claim back costs through the disputes tribunal, which Taha Auto refunded before the case was to be heard (obviously to save themselves additional costs). Moral of this story, Get a VTNZ test!! Don't get talked out of it!!! Get any promises put in writing!!! But more importantly Don't buy a used car from these people!!!!!!
