BUYER BEWARE!! They do not adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act and will not issue a refund if the product is not suitable. Credit notes are only valid for 6 months too. They were absolutely unwilling to budge even though the product was unused and unopened. Really bad service!!

The woman in this shop is very pushy, doesn't take no for an answer, you basically have to be rude and tell her NO. Took 2 weeks for a screen to be replaced and now the screen has cracked again. Very disappointing. EDIT - appears they will only fix the screen if it's the manufactures fault.... It hasn't even been a week. They were the cheapest by 9 and this is an example of poor workmanship. We will be referring this to the Consumer Guarantees Act.
