The team here are really good caring people. Apart from our normal pet care, they had to help us with the hardest part of owning a pet at the end, and they did it with absolute dignity and empathy.

Very caring most staff , understanding with financial issues, only comment would be communication with txting back when scripts are ready.
If I could give you guys more stars i most definitely would and it kind of sucks that we don't live here normally as honestly these guys are one of the best vets we have dealt with as an overall experience. Not only were they friendly and affordable but they managed to squeeze our dog in at the last minute on Christmas eve even though they were fully booked already, we thought it was one issue but thankfully it was something much easier to deal with (sorry guys!) and our dog has had bad experience with previous vets in the past so he isn't always the friendliest at vets in general but the vet here actually tried to get information first, look at pictures we took and also tried to get our boy to become friends by sitting on the floor and persisting for a bit even to a not so nice reception, others have just turned us away and never even tried this type of approach. THANK YOU BOTH SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP! From the first phone call where the service was lovely and friendly and upbeat which made me feel at ease, to the consultation and the advice etc just the whole lot was fantastic. I have some friends in wellington and I will definitely recommend these guys to them. Ok sorry for the long-winded review but we are genuinely so appreciative and grateful to you both for your help today. Have a wonderful Christmas season guys! Thanks again!
