Coloured my hair for the first time, it would have been great if they would have told me few things in advance so that it wasn't a shock when I first saw it but I have started to love the color now, would definitely go back to vivo for my next experiment. Cheers
went for a new client package with Sonia, was supposed to be 159 got talked into having something else because what i wanted "wouldn't be a change" so paid 215. you could barely tell the colour was different and when it was lifted up the parts underneath are patchy where it wasn't previously dyed and where it was natural. I was charged extra for a two week follow up "free" treatment i suspect this is just a scam to new clients to charge them more. The cut was fine. All of the good reviews on google are for stylists that no longer work there. Don't go there I won't be back!
Loved the hair service
I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Anthony, he was so lovely and attentive! Did an excellent job and was great to talk to. He also made sure to spend quite some time with me at the beginning going over exactly what sort of colour I wanted, I did not feel rushed at all and he really provided me with plenty of options and examples. My hair is lovely and exactly how I wanted it. I really felt looked after by all staff. Will definitely be coming back!!
Poor customer service, would not visit again.
