Very helpful and friendly. Went to post some items and staff assisted and gave me an idea of how to package parcel next time. Wouldn't get from other shops. Thank you

The shop itself is fine but the Indian woman behind the counter is very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. She’s always being like that and never change no matter how many time I went to the shop. Very bad customer service. Really disappointing. And recently, she has lost my parcel which is very important to me. I’m better not returning there again.
