Had faults with washer and dryer. Person who came was dismissive of our concerns with the washing machine. Turns out that the dryer had a fraying belt, and after he left saying he needed to order a new belt we saw the mess he left behind - fragments of the old belt were everywhere. Today they came back with a new belt and instead of taking away their rubbish they left the bag and the old belt sitting on the dryer for us to clean up. A pretty average experience. Pricing was reasonable. Thankfully due to COVID19 I was standing far enough away not to be too badly affected by the smell of cigarettes that came with the repairman.

I requested a warranty service for a dryer bought in Harvey Norman. Man came , horrible experience with a rude and dismissive person, said that it's working properly because he run it for 10 minutes, completely disregarded my comments about the machine stopping with an error code in the end of the cycle. Repeated "Here in New Zealand..." few times trying to make a point that I am a foreigner - it's the first time I've experienced something like that while living in NZ, felt horrible. was just waiting for this visit to be over.

Sold me a part and later on over the phone spent a fair bit of time walking me through the trouble shoot process. Though if you're not a student like myself I recommend getting them to fix your appliances. Much less stressful haha. Thanks for the great service. Mission accomplished )

Very disappointed in this company. They have previously repaired our stove a couple of times. This time the repairman spent less than 10 minutes checking our stove (all four elements had stopped working). He turned them on and all four worked! He was dismissive of our questions and acted like we were stupid and wasting his time. He then left after charging us 90 and said to call them again to get it repaired if anything happened. When we tried the stove the next day none of the elements worked! We threw in the towel at that point and bought a new stove. When I phoned to complain they told me that he would have come back free of charge - he did not tell us that. They refused a refund. I will never use this company again.

I would like to let you know that the technician who came in to sort out our washing machine problem was top class. he was very good and knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and got the problem solved, even though under our warranty through Harvey Norman the issue was not covered. He was meticulous and cleaned up at the end. Thank you for all "HIS" hard work because it was not an easy fix. We really appreciate what he had to do to get to a positive end result. It was not an easy job. So a huge Thank you to him!!!!!
