Briar did an amazing job of reproducing a very special photo of my grandmother. My mum found the original recently and it was scratched and damaged in parts. Briar explained what her process would be and how long it would take. She made changes that I suggested and the end result was incredible. I can't wait to give it to my mum for a surprise Christmas present. Very happy. :-)

Briar is very skilled and creative. She took great care to create digital copies of a number of my very old mini-tapes, edit out all of the blue sky and shoe scenes and was a great communicator throughout the process. I now have fantastic memories of my children and key events at my fingertips! I've already recommended Words and Designs to a number of my friends.

Briar is an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and very professional, I took Briar a range of old videos in various formats and now have it all in usb.
