Unbelievable!!!! I had been using a broker who i considered a close friend. He assisted me in purchasing two properties, the second property was split between myself and an ex partner leaving me in a difficult position to start from. After trying with him to get things over the line, i finally decided to listen to a close friend that had used finax and Lucia many times. From the first call things seemed to get easier, they told me how much i could potentially borrow (this was in the 100s of thousands from where my last broker could get to). I really don't know how they did it!! I am now in a lovely 4 bedroom villa, this is far from the property i was initially looking at. I wish i had have listened to my good friends advise to use Finax earlier!! In his words, "Finance brokers are like dairy's, you can go to any dairy to get your milk and bread without loyalty".. Finax is a far better diary that is worth going back to time and time again, they are easy to deal with and know what they are doing!!! i cannot recommend Lillian and Justin more. My personal thankyou goes to the team at Finax!! I am truly impressed with their exceptional service and knowledge.

I have contacted Lucia and her team to help me sorting out a mortgage since October 2020. My case was not that easy as I did ask number of mortgage brokers and they all turned out with a 'NO' answer. But when I met Nick, he provided with a proposal and clear strategy to overcome this and help me with my mortgage application. It took 4 months to get through my application, however the outcome is fantastic. He was very responsive to messages, accommodated me by communicating via WeChat, direct phone call. Not to mention, he also replied my message after business hours! He answered questions quickly and thoroughly. I do like his mindset on solution focus, that leads to a fantastic result at the end. We contacted Johnny to help us sort out a mortgage. We were dealing with a pretty tight deadline. Within one week from first contact we had conditional approval for a mortgage. He was very responsive to messages, accommodated us by communicating via we chat as we had limited reception where we lived. He answered questions quickly and thoroughly.
