Spoke to Sam in the Lyall Bay store about getting a fire installed. He made the install process easy to understand and we had great communication afterwards through email. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fire.

Recently bought a couple of heaters from them while in lockdown as I want to support small NZ owned businesses. I had to constantly ring and email to try and get any information re when they may be delivered, I understood that there may be delays currently but never got any information re when I could anticipate delivery, when they bothered to respond to my emails / phone messages left. Quite disappointed in the poor customer service, I know things are a bit crazy at the moment but some basic customer service / communication would have gone a long way, I won't be buying anything from them in future.
