Can't compliment the staff enough. Very knowledgeable and even took the time to ask about our day and other hobbies. The staff member we spoke to made the decision easy and offered so much advice. Picked up a ProFish 400. Will definitely be back for some other odds and ends.

A wonderful afternoon taking our special needs son kayaking for his birthday. Peter could not have been more helpful or accommodating finding us the right kayak for our boy and his dad and assisting us in getting him in and out. He also recommended not doing what we had planned as the conditions weren't right so instead we got a beautifully calm afternoon and a wonderful family outing. Thanks Canoe & Kayak we'll be back :)

We are new to this hobby so decided to do the day course which was amazing... But that is another review, we went into the store and booked the next available one. The staff are frielndy and you can tell they are passionate about the sport. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Regarding roofrack centre: make sure you have a written quote before driving 200km. We were booked in for a new rack fitting and arrived at Albany branch to discover they didn't have the parts. Sent to another branch in Auckland and had to pay a further 160 to get the correct system. From what we could see, staff were trying to juggle far to much in-store to be able to concentrate and give good advice.

Great team service. Allan and Jono went the extra mile to see me fitted with the right roof rack and folding kayak mount. The install was included and a full explanation of the products offered. I am definitely coming back.
