The best place to stay. This has been my home away from home for 3 months. As a female travelling alone, I found this to be a very comfortable and safe environment. Very good, clean amenities. Close to great beaches and easy distance to shop. Great hosts. Huge thank you.

We don't like manager Justin. He arrogant like on a power trip. Many camp people no like him. Camp good but we not feel good like some policeman. No recommend while he manager. Other lady and older man nice
Great place, owners are accommodating and friendly, toilets, kitchen and showers cleaned daily. Really enjoy the landscaping, nature and peace. Recommended for Kiwifruit workers and holiday makers alike. Little Waihi Beach and Maketu Beach areas are awesome in summer. All within 3 mins drive.
Some strange experience here. We feel unsafe, some long term guy in caravan behind our cabin bang and swear night morning. Guy manager who quite rude not polite not really caring. No tv in room bad internet. Kitchen crowded and not clean at night when we cook. We move out to our own place asap. Cabin too expensive 290 per week long term for couple sharing kitchen, toilet, showers. Nice location

my experience here started off good. the old guy mike was very welcoming. same cant be said about the manager Justin... i found him to be slighty rude..disrepectful with no people skills.. not very welcoming towards the maori folk.. AND ONLY TO THE MAORIS HE WAS QUITE RUDE TOO.. kinda wondered how he got the manager position with that sort of behaviour!!.
I spent more than a month in this lovely place the owner and people who works there are the best special mention to henrriete she was really cute and helpful with us, in general I have to say that the facilities are so clean and comun areas was really comfortable, I recommend this place a 100% without doubt
