Brownsons offers a wide range of jewellery, suitable for any taste. While I did find one of the staff members to be somewhat dismissive, I can highly recommend dealing with Jay and the other staff. Jay is extremely professional and will go out of his way to ensure you are happy. He treats his products like the treasures they are to you and for that I am very grateful. I purchased my first ever piece of fine jewelery since my wedding ring and it really is stunning. An aqua marine stone with two diamonds either side to repesent our two beautiful girls. I'm a very lucky lady and am confident i'll cherish this forever. Thanks again Jay.

I went into Brownsons Jewelers for some advice on my opal ring as it was getting cloudy. Not only did did he improve the look of my ring and give me advice on how to look after it in the future, AND he didn't charge me. Great customer service, It is a lovely shop and the manager is great. I highly recommend them
