Gillard Honey is the BEST honey that I have tasted. My kids can't get enough of it. Nath and Amanda are fantastic to deal with and I love that they are environmentally and bee conscious. They want the best for both the bees and the customers.

I've had the raw bush honey and the country honey. Both have a unique flavour that is pleasant, smooth and tasty. When I had a sore throat, my go to remedy was a teaspoon of the raw honey with a splash of lemon in hot water -it worked like a charm for me. Likewise when I get a tickly or dry. cough I simply have a teaspoon of the country honey and it soothes it instantly for me. All of the Gillard' s know their stuff about bees (including the little Gillards!) and are helping this amazing species not only to survive but to thrive which in turn will help us humans to have the crops and flowers that we do. I cannot recommend this product enough or company enough.
Tried both the Raw Bush honey and the Country honey, 100% recommend both for product and great service.
Love their raw honey, and happy to support a mum/dad local business. Won't buy any other honey now!
