Thank you Banks Memorials for the amazing headstone for my beloved late husband. Your team were both friendly and very knowledgable giving us advice and ideas. Sally is a real asset and an unsung hero. Despite our emails being longer than a novel, making change after change to get exactly what we wanted she was a delight to deal with. We had a challenging design to begin with and few were even willing to attempt it, but Sally took the time to listen and went the extra mile and effort to make it happen. My children and I, and the family are truly grateful.

This place was fantastic, I was given different options to select from. It was hard at first, trying to deal with someone being in another country as there was no face to face contact for six months, due to us living in Adelaide, Australia...but the minute my partner and I made a decision, it was on. I appreciate the patience this place went through with us. Greg was just brilliant - he gave great customer service in communication, patience and was very trustworthy. He reassured us that he wouldn't rush us and kept us calm while dealing with such sensitive issues. The finishing product for my mum's headstone was just beautiful, she would have loved it herself too. It was everything that was about her. Thank you to Greg and the team at Banks Memorial, we highly recommend you all to anyone that is interested in dealing with such sensitive issues with cost effective packages available.
