The lovely ladies at City Chic set a high bar for amazing customer experience. Every time I've gone in they've helped me find what I'm looking for, they even put my "try-on" items in the changing room and "yes's" at the counter while I kept looking so I wasn't carrying stuff everywhere, this always blows my mind. I was also open to style tips so they showed me some ideas and I bought a pair of pale-coloured jeans that I really loved, they were not something I would have ever tried on myself and yet are my new favorite pair! I love that the clothing isn't just a bigger baggier size of a models ideal, that looks terrible on anyone but the model - the clothing and accessories here are created with style with larger sizes in mind.

I love the idea of a place that caters to my curves, however, I struggle to find pieces that cover my cleavage, upper arm and upper thigh. If they fixed that problem, I'd be their best customer.
