Not very easy to deal with. There was once a girl here by the name of Michelle - the Asian lady who knew what she was doing. Dealt with some of the Indian staff here and they tried to force sell me products I did not need. They were over pricing and over selling and not willing to do a deal particularly as I had told them I'm prepared to spend big.

Me and my partner absolutely loved Rimma who served us, she was so so helpful. Showed me a couple of engagement rings and wedding bands. She was just amazing and so patient with me. Excited to pick my rings up this Friday. I love that she advised me that their will be no contact needed, and that it will definitely be ready Friday. Your awesome Rimma ️️️

Very irresponsible staff mixed up my wedding ring with someone else. And the responsible person didn't bother to apologise even for her mistake and gave me weird looks in contrary . Although the sales lady who wasn't responsible did apologise. Wasted my time and would not recommend completely relying on them if you give your ring for polishing please check before you leave.

Although the staff and store is great, their products aren't. Have lost complete faith in their products after getting my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from there. First the solitaire started wobbling and the secondly one of the diamonds fell off the wedding band. Ended up replacing the ring with one bought from Walker & Hall. Solid build and great quality.

My Wife bought a necklace thinking it was 340 but was charged 3400 to her master card she tried to take it back but they would not refund.
