Customer service is 0 at this place. Do not recommend to carry out any type of repairs. I have had my phone with these guys and it gave me more issues after they fixed the screen for me. Communication is 0 Call from customer service team would be great to discuss the matter. Very disappointed

Poor professionalism I got my back cover replaced for my s20 ultra and in the lower right corner it has bubbles in it I discussed this matter with another phone repair dealer and she said this was cause of the poor job done by the woman it wasn't cause of any dent on the phone pls. Pls contact me omnitech

Not sure how this business keeps having all its negative feedback removed but 2 months ago their rating was 2.7 now is 4.2 and my negative comment, along with multiple others have been removed. Worst place ever and you can never speak to a manager, they rip you off and then leave their staff to deal with it. Should not own a business
