Do not buy from Harvey Norman Manukau Bambillo pilows. Just bought 2 pillows got home and unwrapped my lovely pillows just to find out a hair on one of them. Called to ask if they accept returns and if there is any chance someone already used this pillow before. I just had an answer just come to the store. It was 5.15pm and store is closing 5:30pm. I live 20 min away from the shop.

The thing with Harvey Norman is, while they stock good quality products, their prices are intentionally high. This means it's really up to the sales person you get. I've had all kinds over the years but today they were great. The TV we got was already price matched so it wasn't a matter of a good deal, but the information provided was great and helped the decision greatly.

This Harvey Norman branch sells everything from consumer electronics to home furniture and TVs. My last visit, I was looking for beds, the staff were very ignorant as I asked for help and didn't keep an open mind. The prices are definitely higher than its competitors and I don't find anything exclusive from other stores. Please be vigilant and find your items elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting service. I spent over 10000 with this store, waited patiently and I still was let down. With numerous failed promises from management which includes the main manager Troy. You will have to follow up numerous times. I'm talking 10 weeks delayed from promised time. No call backs after numerous calls. Zero care or understanding. It took me 2 visits and 4 hours to actually get the sale organised in the first place because of the way their systems worked was the excuse I was given. Save yourselves the head ache and buy from a store that actually understands customer service and won't blame other people in the same store.

Paid for lounge suite in November, delivery January. Date passed, nothing heard. Followed up, told mid February. Date passed, nothing heard. Followed up again. Told March. It should not be the customer's job to chase up why something is late. For that poor customer experience and poor comms, 1 star.

Went to get a photo printed off my mobile. Luckily I had my charger with therefore was easy to get photo transferred. Nice service. Helpful.
