Asked about a shower part, got an extremely rude response. Went and picked it up anyway (well my partner did) and the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive, would never ever use this company again. Terrible service.

Currently we are trying to get a leaking Dreamline shower unit in a recent new build fixed . We advised them of our problems only to receive an unsigned missive about how it is the installers fault not theirs. This may be the case - how would we know? we are only customers. Based on this experience I would not recommend this company whatsoever as they see no benefit in getting involved in (quote) "dispute which is not of my making, has no financial benefit to me" What an attitude!
