Worst customer service experience I have had, also i asked for my carpet to be cut to a specific size. Was told the following day there was a delay due to carpet having to be cut, went to pick up my carpet it hadn't been cut. They just tell lies and are not good to deal with run the opposite way fast.

Just Lovely carpet i have in my house from rugs and more. the lady helped me with each and everything from colour selection to good quality carpet. It was a big job but end up with nice and fabulous experience. Thank you
Worst service and very bad quality carpet, within 6 month the carpet is flat, Called them several times, they promise to fix it but latter they changed the mind and said that they will supply the carpet but i have to use my own labor, I mean.... why should i spend money again on the labor which i did already and they were planning to give me the left over of the same carpet which i feel i will end up to the same situation in 6 month of time. I will never go back to them ... Planning to take this issue to consumer court.... I dont feel like giving one star too...Very disappointing
Took Motor Home Matt's in that where professionally cut and fitted and when I got them back they had been cut down so didn't fit anymore. When I told them that the carpet cost 237.00 and also paid them upfront 128.00 upfront they where not interested in replacing or refunding this. Very unprofessional outfit. Had to purchase New carpet again yesterday and wont be going back!!!

Worst service ever. They take high amount of money and promise to give you a good quality service but in reality they give you a really bad service and when you call them they don't answer to your calls. The workers don't have proper tools to work. During vacuuming the carpet comes out from sides and when you tell them they're like you're vacuum is really strong. Ridiculous! I will never recommend this company to anyone.
