Really bad phone customer service! previous fixer did not a great job on my car bumper few years ago and the "Motive" person on the phone kept saying to take the car back to the previous guys which is really not his problem as am based in Auckland now and was easier close to work for me and I was keen on paying to get it done during my work hours. I am just taking the car to the next panel beater in the area who where happy to take an easy job.
