I have had a very good experience with Burnsco. I unfortunately had a rod snap on me. I spoke with John over the phone he asked me to send in a few pics. Just a few day later I received a replacement in the mail. Thanks very much for the awesome help John I will be back shopping again soon.

Really good service. We needed some housing. They showed us where it was and he even got down on his knees and got 15mt for us. They guy at the desk was very funny and polite. The helpful guy was named Gordon.
