We brought family from overseas and enjoyed the sit-down wine tasting and tour of the vineyard back in December. We all enjoyed our time with the friendly staff and other guests, with a few good wine selection. Staff also went the extra mile when, days later, we inquired about a lost jewelry item. They promised to keep an eye out for it. Weeks later, they emailed to say item was found and they immediately arranged to post item at no cost to us. Item was thoughtfully wrapped and arrived in no time. Highly recommended.

Julia guided us through our very first wine tasting, she was amazing. We felt comfortable enough to ask questions that newbies have and she gave us beautiful insight on martinborough and the process of winemaking. I will be recommending ata rangi and julia to anyone who is coming to martinborough. free tasting as well..

This is a great little local winery that offers variety of wines from it's small region. Wine tours are done twice a day. Booking is essential!!!! Tour lasted about an hour, where we have heard about the history of the region and how winery businesses started growing around here. We've tasted few reds, whites and a dessert wine and got a detailed story about how were those wines produced. This is a MUST winery to experience when you are in Martinborough.

Fantastic tasting run by the daughter of the owner. Booking required for a tasting but so worth it for the extra information you're given and the care about the wines. No charge for tasting either but I think it's only right you buy at least one bottle!
