Went there today sugar free ice blocks and were told by customer service that there was 42 packets. Went to the shelf and there was nothing. Certainly members of your staff didn't even know that you carry the sugar free stock.

Very dissatisfied service not there anymore not enough staff and garden centre not good went to buy tomato plants they were half dead where is the customer service? Could find anyone to ask a question very dissatisfied

Very disappointed. Ever since the self service terminals have been installed, customer service has gone down the toilet. I have no problem with the concept of self service terminals in general, what frustrates me about the Warehouse self service terminals is they're CARD ONLY. If you're trying to pay with cash, you're out of luck. That in itself isn't so bad, but the last 5 times I've been to the Warehouse there have been absolutely no staff operating any of the other checkouts. I've had to wait by an empty checkout until a staff member sees me before I could pay for my items. The last straw tonight was when the staff member who finally saw me waiting at an empty checkout with an armful of items I was obviously trying to pay for had the nerve to come over and asked me with a huff "are ya right?". Seriously? You have to ask? Why else would I be standing in an empty checkout with an arm full of items? Practicing Tai Chi?

This evening my sister and I were treated exceptionally well by 4 different female members of staff at the Masterton Warehouse. All 4 went out their way to do find information and listened to our concerns with empathy and kindness. VERY IMPRESSED!

Often visits to get thingamabob for household items - cheap and affordable house wares especially for kitchen. The shop offers a wide array of items for household use from bedroom to kitchen. Not an ideal place for grocery but have a good area for outdoor plant section shopping.
