Super friendly and very helpful staff, lovely tidy store. Just disappointed it's taken us so long to visit them for the first time and figure out how much more awesome they are than the big orange hardware store further down the road!

Great new show room
Thanks ITM for quick response to my negative review about my kitchen caboard door screw falling out and coming loose all the time. The builder was here in half hour all sorted and Explained why this may be happening. Peace of mind to know they take our reviews seriously. All working well now
