I can only recommend a stay at Beauregard Cottages. We stayed there twice and had an amazing time. The location of the cottage is fantastic with numerous spectacular walks at your door steps. The cottages are beautiful and with everything you need. It is modern and spacious both inside and outside. It has stunning views over the outside scenery. It is also very stylish thanks to the wonderful taste of Laurette, the owner. Laurette is amazing and super friendly. She will make sure you ll feel like home and answer any question you may have. She has provided us with many great tips for walks, restaurants, sight seeing that were each memorable.
Lovely cottages in a beautiful garden setting, conveniently located for Matakana and surrounding areas. Laurette is lovely and a gracious host. Perfect for a Matakana escape or weekend away.
Pleasant location and reasonable quiet. These are more cabins than cottages. No TV.Quite expensive for what they are.
Lovely food awesome atmosphere
This is the perfect accommodation for a weekend getaway. The cozy cottage suits a couple or accommodates up to 3 people with a sofa bed. Very convenient location, only a four minute drive to the matakana town centre.The only downside is the room can get a little stuffy in summer. The host Laurette is very attentive accommodating to our needs. She is very insightful to local attractions. We would definitely come again for our next Matakana getaway.
This place was fantastic! My husband and I spent our honeymoon there. It was quiet, secluded, and beautiful! And Laurette was such a kind and gracious hostess! We'd definitely recommend it!
