I have dealt with other 'marine engine servicing companies' and very happy to find MM! The service was friendly, helpful and reliable. Plus their charges were fair and reasonable [unlike others]. I plan to continue using these guys and recommend them to others along the way.

Just picked up our outboard after it's "Get Ready For Summer" service! What an amazing group of people!! So helpful and knowledgeable. They must be sick of me asking so many questions but you wouldn't know it! The team is so happy to help in all areas, even sorted me with some "Hot" fishing spots! Cant rave about them enough!!! Hugest thanks to Aaron and his team for a very smooth, pain free experience.

Very disappointed with service. My Mercury 9.9 just had it's first service. When I delivered the outboard to them I asked for an estimate and was told "it could be up to 150". When I telephoned to arrange collection I asked again how much it would cost and was told exactly the same thing. When I went to collect it the bill was over 200. Among the items listed was an in-line fuel filter costing 42.80 plus tax. The service manual says the filter should be cleaned or replaced on the first service. The motor has done about 10 hours, and gone through about 1.5 tanks of fuel, so why did the filter need to be replaced? When I first spoke to them, if they knew the filter, spark plugs, oil, and seal costs, and their 110 hourly charge out rate, why specify a maximum of 150. My recommendation is not to bother with servicing in general, but if you need work done, avoid these people.
