Walked in and was told I couldn’t bring in my drink. I left it at the door. My husband who was already in then asked about his coffee which the girl told him was fine. Considering this picked my own coffee back up. The sales girl then told me I had to leave. Nothing short of discrimination to have one rule for one customer and different for another. Perhaps it was because I didn’t look like a “worthy” customer being pregnant. Not really the kind of person to have working for you when trying to sell something. She also didn’t bother greeting anyone else entering the store.

Love the brands and products. Good service too.
Bought a dress for 320 and only discovered at home that a thread was pulled. Rang the shop within 24h to ask to enquire regarding a exchange. Very poor customer service was told that there is nothing they can do and that it is pretty much my problem. Will not be going back
Very poor customer service! Bought a shirt on sale but only at home discovered it had some discoloration. Sent email but had to call for them to get back to me. Was told they cannot do anything as the item was on sale though it wasn't indicated that the shirt was faulty. Looking at previous reviews similar has happened before and I would discourage everyone NOT to shop there - I certainly will never go back again!
really bad service with size exchange, purchased shirt slightly smaller than needed. Son took it back to get correct size, owner refused, said she had no obligation but would consider with proof of purchase, emailed copy of statement, then she insisted on time of transaction. Obtained from bank but still not interested. Have spent around a grand at the shop this xmas, but that's the last purchase. This business doesnt honour its exchange terms.
