Really fast service and meal was ready fast, food was delicious and the lady on till was very polite and cheerful keep it up matamata KFC nice to see you picking up your game finally

Had dinner there last night, got to be the best quality chicken I've had in a KFC; whole meal beautifully cooked to perfection. Ada? provided excellent service - really pleased I made the stop on the way through; know where to get my fix now
Their kfc is always dry and overcooked. We have not been impressed everytime we go. I love my kfc but this Matamata store needs to check out their timers or cooks because ur batter is crunchy as fuk and the chicken is dry as hell and chips taste stale, dry and tasteless
It's always untidy and we always have to ask for the tables to be cleaned down before we even sit down to eat. Only been here 3 times over 3 years, my experience is always the same. Unpleasant and untidy
A slow motion train wreck. Order took 3 returns to counter to get right. Chips had so much salt they were inedible. Burgers had so much sauce that they really should have been served in a cup. Very long wait time and the person behind the counter was mumbling so much we couldn't hear her at all. Mousse was still frozen. Top marks, pretty much everything you could get wrong, you did.
Love kfc. No lines like Auckland. In and out qik as. Awesome
The wait was long. Person serving got my order wrong. I was repeating my order & he still got wrong
Called into drive thru with my Dad who's 89. One lot of chips were missing from my order and no straws were provided for our drinks. After reading reviews of the drive thru service - and our own experience of "service" we won't be back.
