the older guy, can't remember his name, seemed like he didn't want to be there. came across quite rude and we felt like we were an inconvenience to him, young guy was good to deal with as I had to help him move both beds and other furniture( shouldn't need to help when you have to pay what we did but I felt bad for the younger guy). furniture was moved with minimal damage but would not use again

Used these guys for our last shift (May 2016) and cannot fault them. The 3 young men were very polite, hard working and very professional. Precious items were blanket wrapped and the carpet was covered to protect it from dirty footwear. Thank you to you and your team for making our shift so effortless. Well will be recommending you to everyone!

We used this company via a backload website. The wife on the phone was wonderful and very helpful, unfortunately the husband Gary moaned from the time he got to our house until he unloaded at our new place! he spent all his time in the back of the truck placing items so we hired 4 people to help, he had one very young guy who to be fair worked hard, but it was just too much for one person. All our furniture did not fit into the truck as he already had items on the truck for another delivery, which meant we had to leave stuff behind, and our items were squashed in to make them fit. When we received delivery 2 days later (moved from South Island to North Island) the bed was wet and stained he claimed he has a leak in his truck! this took 2 days to dry the bed out. Our brand new leather chair which i had wrapped in their original wrapping had a slash on the front of the arm. (he did offer to take it away and get it repaired but then added that the repair would only be a hairdryer and some black pen! which i refused. Mirrors and pictures were broken and a bookcase had been rubbed so badly we had to have it repaired, all in all we were very upset and would never use them again. Just recently a friend of ours moved from the same place and asked me who we used, i told her not to use them and would never recommend them to others. Shame really because the wife obviously has a different perspective and gets the customers in, but Gary just looses them with his negative attitude

They gave a really good price which was less than half of Crown Relocations price. Unfortunately they damaged our pictures and paintings on the move. My insurance wouldn't cover it as it was deemed to be their fault. Even though they had signed me up as carting the goods under my own liability, when I told Megan what had happened she came to my house with a local artist and they are taking all the paintings away to be fixed. I am very pleased with the outcome. These things happen and Megan is doing everything she can to see that it is put right.
