Excellent variety of all sorts picked up a beautiful hyacinth for a bargain! 5 bulbs in the one pot ready to be repotted giving me something to do this afternoon. Always keen to pop in and check out the new plant range in store with such great value and a very large variety of all sorts in the plant department and everywhere else

Been here a few times recently, and a consistent experience across the board. Not over busy, staff have been prepared to help when needed, offering useful advice and tips.have always has what I have been wanting, and checkout staff friendly and polite - even when their EFTPOS was not working. Due to no internet. Well done team.

My mum and I were here mid afternoon on the Sunday of a long weekend. Mum wanted to buy a pot and was told that as it wasn't priced they couldn't sell it to her. None of the range were priced. Which induced the grumpy man who had served me to rant about staff and there taking time off. The whole attitude of the staff left mum feeling near tears. It is not the first time we have been treated if not badly then very off handedly. In fact one young man told my mum they didn't sell something that I had bought there only a few weeks prior, he couldn't be bothered to look for her. Very disappointed in this store. Wish I was a secret shopper.
