Had my phone lcd and glass screen replaced at this store, two weeks later the left corner glue was not sealed properly and screen started to lose some pixels in the corner, I informed the store and manager immediately said it is because of being dropped which it hadn't, I informed him it also has a protective glass screen and a full covered case and no damage what so ever to anything to even suggest it being dropped but he refused to resolve the issue and informed me it wasn't covered by warranty and to take matter to court if I wanted the issue resolved so pretty unhappy with outcome, store must use cheap replacement parts wouldn't recommend this store
Fast, friendly, efficient and prompt customer service! Kept me updated and informed with everything in getting a screen replacement as well as other issues with the phone. Highly recommend to others for mobile issues and screen replacements and would definitely be using their service again in the future!! Thanks heaps for your help Sean
I had a problem with my phone, that I thought would be a Spark insurance claim. This would have involved driving to Cambridge, sending my phone away, paying an excess, getting a loan phone etc etc etc. I took it to Mobile Muster first, and he was able to fix it immediately - and to top it off, at no charge to me. Brilliant customer service and I will remember this :)
Did not have a very good experience, rang to see if they had a black screen for my S4 was told yes it will be there the next day, traveled over to Matamata and got told to will be 30 minutes, come back to collect and lucky I checked before I left as the screen was not responding, got told we can get you a new screen but a white one, It will be here tomorrow waited and still no screen finally Monday morning get a message phone is ready checked it yes responded. Half way home I could smell something strange reach over and phone is over heating and now a purple blotch on the side of the new screen a bit scared to use phone due to the heat it is getting. I have recommended this place in the past to friend's how ever not anymore.
