Boleh Life

Very untidy shop as similar category items are not necessary displayed in the same area. It really took some efforts to find items here. Worst ever customer service as well. Ask few questions as the male staff was not being clear in the explanation and being told being a difficult customer. No wonder hardly any customers there!

My son is starting year 1 at meadowbank school. As i need help with Costs I called to see if they could email me an invoice or something that has costs of stationary pack so I would be able to have something on paper as that's what I need. They told me the lady would be there Sunday and took my email address and ph number and said I'd have an email on Sunday. Sunday came and went and it got to tuesday I hadn't had a ph call no email.when I called them back they said they wouldn't email me but I'd have to come to the store. This is really difficult for me and I need the costs on paper asap in order to be able to get help with it in time for school starting. Feel let down with the customer service and lack of empathy.

Came in today at 6pm. It was dead quiet & they were open for another hour. The two staff were sitting down chatting & I had to interrupt to ask if I could collect a mail item from my PO Box. One of the staff advised they have no access to the mail room, don't know the combination to the lock (A lie, since I've been going there for years and seen that staff member access the mail room numerous times, but always with a huffy, annoyed attitude.) She told me I'd have to come back during mail-room 8-4 Mon/Fri only hours (which is just the times you can use the outside door to ring for service. Outside of those hours we are supposed to be able to access packages delivered to our PO Boxes as long as the store is open, as I've had that done before. But this little dictator, drunk on power, decided to tell me to go away & come back a different day so she could continue her conversation with her colleague. Excellent service there Paperplus, first rate.
