Absolutely wonderful service. We didn't get the name of the person who helped us, but she was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She didn't make us feel guilty that we were still in the shop after closing time. I am one of thousands on men that is uncomfortable shopping for clothes, however I felt completely relaxed and enjoyed the experience. So much so that I came away with three trousers, three shirts, and two jerseys, and nine pairs of socks. Many thanks, I will be back!

Nice clothes, terrible service. I'm used to dealing with 3 Wise Men in airports where the staff are professional and eager to help - not the case here. Went in on a Saturday to purchase basically a full wardrobe, got little help from the staff who seemed more interested in serving anyone who walked in in a business shirt but paid little attention to me. Left and spent 1k plus at Barkers who were much better to deal with. Nice clothes but I won't be back.

After seeing their advertising for the last few years in Kia Ora, I thought I'd try them for a new suit on a trip to Christchurch. The staff member wasn't overly helpful, and some of the advice ("no one ever does up the jacket") and policies (not being able to get one size of jacket, another of trousers) just seemed a little off. Also their special offers are web only, and I'd rather eyeball a suit than assume the colour and cut will work from something online. Overall it was quite disappointing, and I will just go back to the menswear store I normally deal with.
