Bought tickets in Queenstown and drove out to Milford Sound the following day. Thoroughly enjoyed everything here, the scenery is amazing and definitely an experience everyone should have on their bucket list. The Missus and I definitely plan on returning. The ship itself is good, quite new and the interior is kept clean. Didn't try the toilets so can't comment on that. Food is limited to the basic canteen type stuff, I had a hotdog while Missus had a banana muffin. Decent food but nothing to write home about. Tour of Milford Sound is great, commentary from the pilot (skipper?) and lots and lots of photo opportunities. You'll feel like a master photographer here, pretty much any photo looks postcard worthy (I'll control myself and only upload 4 here - took around 500 all up!). Ship takes you to different points of interest around here, one of the final places they visit is the largest waterfall that is fueled by a melting glacier (a lot of the waterfalls around here are only fueled by rainfall so in dry times like when we went a lot of the other waterfalls are small or non-existent). The ship gets really close so those who want to brave getting wet can get wet at the front of the ship. Definitely recommended.

Great boat great experience, a must do activity if you r down south of Newzealand. The crew was very welcoming and Happy to answer all your questions. It was a good 2 hours spent taking in the majestic mountains and it's numerous waterfalls.

Definitely worth it's money. The commentary was very funny and informative, 2 hours went by so quickly. It offer good range of pies and pizzas as hot food and snacks ti buy from the cruise or take your own food.

Our extended family of 21 used the Juicy cruise boat for our Milford Sound trip. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The driver was informative and entertaining. The boat seemed to be newer and more modern than the others, and they get you right into the water falls, so prepare to get wet !! Overall , an awesome trip , and I would recommend using them .

The Jucy Gem of the South boat is modern, comfortable and spacious. The boat and toilets are clean. There are three viewing decks including a open 360 deck on the very top which I personally enjoyed. Plenty of seating and standing areas all around the boat so you can enjoy the cruise however you prefer. Staff are friendly. Captain was informative and drove super smooth. Food options were average but we bought our own anyway. Boat is child and baby safe. Plenty of space for strollers and baby bags. Would happily choose Jucy again if we ever visited Milford sound in the future. NOTE: if you are driving to Milford Sound from Queenstown as we did, don’t trust Google Maps. It takes longer then the suggested time. It takes at least 2 hours from Te Anau. Plenty of photo ops and points of interest along the way. You also loose phone reception after Te Anau. Not the best photos of the interior but it gives you an idea of how nice it is.

I did the Jucy Cruise on 06/04/21 and was really impressed with the tour and more specifically the crew. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and very good humoured. The 2 hours cruising up and down the Fiord is an experience I would recommend to anyone and Jucy provides just that something a little different.

,The whole trip we had with my family on the 7th Jan 2021 was fantastic. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed about not having enough time to look around the beautiful scenery of Milford Sound and take pictures especially that famous lookout view just down the road by the wharf. I wished the tour guide (bus driver) skipped the last stop which was only a few minutes away from the wharf. The cruise was amazing anyway. Thanks:)
