Fantastic trip with friendly service and the skipper was so informative and shared his local knowledge. Highly recommend. Great value and important to support local operators.

A brief over view of my trip through Milford sound and the cruise terminal. Come here early as the scenery is simply amazing. At the moment the carpark closest to the terminal is free till 31st October. The drive here takes about 2hrs with a couple of quick stops along the way, however this is solely dependent on weather conditions. When you arrive you will be greeted with a clean modern terminal with plenty of space for everyone. Although I would imagine it would be extremely busy during summer. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend anyone to experience this breathtaking cruise! Even if you just drive out here, its worth the trip IMO, if your fortunate you will see the famous but extremely rare Kea birds along the way!

This was our 6th time to Milford Sounds, so we’ve been around the block so to speak. 5 star service started at the front desk with Rod, who was stellar, welcoming and warm. The other cruise companies could learn a lot from him. On the boat, Hope was warm and welcoming, and had an engaging ear available for all those in the cruise. Roger was a master captain, filling us in with all the info of the Sounds, but also having a literal open door for yarns. I’ve never been in a cruise that got so close to seals/rocks/waterfalls in Milford before. Stellar. Well done team, our only regret is it took us 6 attempts before we booked with you. We’ll be back

Absolutely amazing!! Weather not too bad driving into Milford Sound with light showers and fantastic views. The juicy cruise was awesome and again the views were breath taking. Be prepared to get wet from the waterfalls when the boat gets really close to it. Must do activity highly recommended.

We did the 1.45pm cruise on the Milford Exporter. The Skipper and crew were friendly and helpful. Given it rains 270 days a year, it was wet the day we went, but that just made the waterfalls more spectacular. We loved the smaller boat as it was able to get in close to see the penguins, seals and waterfalls. The crew was great at letting people know were the best and driest viewing spots were. I have no worries about recommending this cruise, it is worth the travel to Milford Sound (which is great in its own right)
