Service reception staff were brilliant, and servicing times were generally quicker than quoted. Prices are a little less than what I've seen at other dealers. Great service continued even when getting work done that I wasn't paying for.

Extremely disappointed with service of our vw mk5. Would not advice bringing your vechile here. We where charged on 2 previous occasions for rotating or tires our can has camber were r and the wheels have reversable tread both times the wheels where not correctly rotated We also took our vechile in for a service and let them know prior to service that our vechile was @100000km and they told us the totally service cost plus cam and fuel pump change would not exceed 1800 which seemed reasonable. When my partner arrived to drop the vechile off she was informed that no parts had arrived. So she left the vechile for a service (the loaner car provided was excellent) but when she returned to pick up the vechile we had been charged 500 dollars for the service and on the itemized bill it said we still had 1800 to pay At no point was ether my partner or myself called to say that there was going to be more cost involved
