I have had amazing, knowledgeable and friendly service from every one at foto fiddler for many years now. They have helped me with complicated restorations of old photos, re-sizing of photos, photo-shopping, given advice re suitable frames, and albums and have even ordered in special items for me. They are my go-to for anything regarding photography, as they go that extra mile to achieve what their customers require. Highly recommend them.

I wanted to ask a photo-type question. As soon as the older man there realised I was only there for a question, he just replied grumpily, "We don't do that here" and turned his back on me. Too bad that I live locally, have shopped there before, walk past it every time I leave New World ... I certainly won't be shopping there again due to his rudeness!

Customer service is great but the new owner no! If you ask for a certain something when you get your photos developed he will do what he wants then doesn't take responsibility for his own actions. Very frustrating when you spend a lot of money.
